Priceline Hotel: Heathrow Hotels

Hi

Im looking at getting a hotel in heathrow on Thrusday. The prices are quite expensive, and Im using the priceline.co.uk site. If I rebid and select 2* hotels, of which there are non on the priceline.com site, could I still get one through the name your own price thing. I really dont want to bid $160 for a 2*!

Whilst there a no reported wins for 2* at LHR I wouldn't bet on there actually not being a 2* out there somewhere.

HOTWIRE shows a 3* for $108 which is probably the Holiday Inn M4-Jct 4.

Priceline usually has this hotel so a lower pricelione bid may get it. Recent win was for $50.

So that nobody else is confused, there are 2* hotels in the Heathrow Airport zone.
