aglinka
They requested feedback about a recent stay at the Radisson JFK.I wonder why.-AG Link to comment
bturner13
Priceline does listen, sometimes! :) Link to comment
DeltaPurser
I get these all the time, and no matter how my stay was - excellent, good, poor or down right awful - I have NEVER ever heard a word back from them. My guess is it goes in the ol' circular bin...For a while there I thought that maybe they would "thank" me for my assistance with some bonus money or something like that... Well, needless to stay I'm still waiting. It would be great if they used the feedback to re-rate hotels, but somehow I have the feeling it's not even used for that.DeltaPurser :) Link to comment
aglinka
I thought they might use it to "help others" or maybe this was some sort of a new pilot program :)You know how Hotwire has reviews, that don't mention the hotel name, but just says their good. They could mix reviews of different hotels in that zone.-Mr. X Link to comment
DeltaPurser
Hey, Mr. X -a written review on this bulletin board will probably be appreciated by more people than if you write one to Priceline...Hope you enjoyed the stay. I used to be based up there and spent many a night at the Sunrise Motel waaaaaaaaaaay out in Lindenhurst (I think that was the name of the town...) between trips. I wish I had known about Priceline back then!DeltaPurser Link to comment
