WI Milwaukee North Baymont Inn and Suites

My brother and I checked in for a Friday and Sat. night stay at about 9 pm on a Friday night. We had booked two seperate rooms.

The hotel itself is about 7-10 yrs. old I would guess. It was listed on both Hotwire and Priceline as a 2* property and I agree that it is a 2* hotel.

The hotel itself is located right of I43 on the north end of Milwaukee and easy to find. The hotel had 3 floors. I checked in first and was given a non-smoking room on the 3rd floor with 2 queen beds. Knowing the hotel was not full (a guess since I paid only $36/night and my mom bid $30/night) I asked if a King non-smoking was available and was told it was not a problem. My brother was then also offered a King non-smoking. We got to our rooms and both of us were put in Ovation rooms (free bottled water, pillowtop matress). The room was clean, bathroom immaculate, and an overall nice room. There was a hair dryer, coffee maker, 25 inch tv. with good selection of channels, recliner, desk, and the sink and bathroom were seperate. I slept quite well and didn't hear a lot of door slams like in many hotels. I did hear the people in the room above me walking/jumping at times.

The hotel does not have a pool or fittness room. It does offer a continental breakfast in the morning.

I would stay here again, I needed a clean, cheap room for a couple of nights just to sleep and I got that and more. Very nice stay.
