It seems like it's only a couple of years old - everything was pretty new and extremely clean. It has a restaurant and business center off the lobby, and plenty of parking. The only negative is that sound travels from the hallway into rooms quite easily - you can hear people walking by, slamming doors, or talking in the hallway. However, we did not notice any sound transmission from room to room. The location is in a business park, with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. However, a car is definitely required to get here. It's right off I-25. The Park Meadows mall is about 5 minutes away. It's quite far from downtown Denver, but convenient to the Tech Center and suburbs.I would have been happy staying here even for $79 a night...for the Hotwire rate, it was a real bargain.
