Priceline Hotel: Resort Maui (Kaanapali-Lahaina) Westin

Hi All,

I've been lurking here for a month and would like to share what I got for the Westin.

I went through Savingsbarn.com and made a bid for Nov 9-13 at $125 a night and got rejected, after rebidding $135 by adding Kihei I got rejected again. I forgot to check the availability and found that Nov 9 was not bookable from the Westin website at SPG.com. So I was willing to go Nov 10-13, bidding $125 for a resort in Kaanapali-Lahaina. This was accepted.

Thanks for all the info provided by the members of this forum. Time to look for a rental car now!

Congratulations on your win... glad to hear the board was helpful and that another user was able to take advantage of this great deal.

Nice job on looking at rates and seeing the nite of 11/9 was creating the issue. To often users as "what am i doing wrong" when they haven't even checked rates thru conventional means (and see that rates are skyhigh or that the hotels are sold-out)
