tjnBMI Posted August 30, 2007 Report Share Posted August 30, 2007 --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- started bid for a 2.5* in Bloomington,Illinois at 45.00 this was rejectedon my 2nd rebid lowered to a 2* and changed to 44.00 i was acceptedextended stay of america1 night-8/31/07after taxes 57.00My boss was looking for a room for the weekend and he put me to work finding something.I know this hotel got pretty good reviews.My brother also enjoyed staying here when he traveled US wide.I think I have seen it as low as 38.00 in Bloomington on the forums. MikeMpls Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 For our last stay in Bloomington (1/12) we'd run the bidding up to $39 ($51 with taxes) & quit. Decided to book a normal reservation ($80+ at AARP rate, breakfast included) at the Hampton Inn in Normal. Link to comment
