Unfortunately neither of these properties has been identified. The four star could be just about anything, the 3* may be the Holiday Inn Express... but that's just a guess.

Went with Priceline instead and got the Hyatt for $50. Started at 4*/Downtown only @ $45 and then added Speedway and rebid $50 which was accepted.
