thereuare Posted April 8, 2004 Report Posted April 8, 2004 Welcome to BetterBidding!Sorry you didn't get what you wanted, but if you looked at the Hotwire zones the Hotel Monaco isn't even in this zone... so it wasn't a possibility. Your not the first person nor the last to make this mistake, and we encourage everyone/anyone to confirm their guesses with the board before purchase.... multiple eyes, ears, and heads are often better than one!I don't know anything about this hotel but hopefully it's just as nice (if not nicer!)Please give us a HOTEL REVIEW upon your return.Enjoy your stay and thanks for posting! jasonh2 Posted June 16, 2004 Author Report Posted June 16, 2004 The Whitehall is a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly. The only thing I didnt like was that the person came around to check and restock the snacks at about 8:30 or 9:00 on Sunday morning. Knocked on the door and when we answered said he would come back later. You think they would wait until check-out before doing that, or at least wait until late morning... especially on the week-end.
