Hotwire Hotel: 4* Downtown Montreal

Looking at a 4* on hotwire for 4 adults at $129 with amenities: Fitness Center,Pool,Restaurant,Business Center,High-speed Internet Access for 8/31 to 9/3. Any ideas which hotel this might be? I want to avoid the Sheraton Centre as I didn't like it that much the last time I used hotwire. I'd rather pay more on something like Expedia then go back to that place, just a tired hotel.

We'll be going up for the International Film Festival for labor day. I wonder how risky it is to just get a room for 2 people and then ask for 2 queen's. Has anyone had an experience where they can only give you a king?

Yes it has happened, and sometimes only a room with one Queen bed is received. In extreme instances users have had to buy another room.

These amenities do match the Sheraton, as well as at least two other properties, and there are no clues as to which of the three this is, so you won't be able to avoid the Sheraton with this purchase. If you search HOTWIRE for 2 rooms/4 adults there is a 4* hotel in the West zone for $89/nite (per room).... the difference only amounts to ~$12-$14 per nite per person, which may be an option as well as give you the opportunity to ensure not getting the Sheraton.
