Priceline Hotel: Looking for 3* Boston (Copley)

Hi,

I am trying to get a decent deal on a 3* hotel in Boston (Copley) from 10/4 - 10/6.

Here is what I have done so far (using the SavingsBarn link):

Copley 3* $140 rejected

+South Boston $150 rejected

+Medford $160 rejected

+Brighton $170 rejected

Any advice on what to try next?

Rates are very high for these dates (do you know of something happening in the city to account for the jump?)

Do you need to be in the Copley zone? At least personally, i would sooner consider other nearby zone(s) before spending $200+ on a hotel room.

I would also look at EasyClickTravel which seems to have some 3* and 4* hotels in nearby zones (Downtown, Waterfront, etc) at prices which you have already bid... may be good to at least use for a back-up.
