I had a cancellable backup for $270/nt, have been trying to get something in the $175 range for this date for a while but that didn't happen. So last night I upped my $$ range and used a strategy similar to what I've seen elsewhere here...

4* MTW,MTS - bid $185, re-bid $195, re-bid $200

4* UM/CPS,MTE - bid $185, re-bid $195, re-bid $200

4* MTS,UM/CPS - bid $205, re-bid $210, re-bid $215

4* MTW,MTE - bid $205, re-bid $210, re-bid $215

4* MTS,MTE - bid $220, re-bid $225, re-bid $230

4* UM/CPS,MTW - bid $220, re-bid $225, re-bid $230 accepted.

Not a fantastic rate, but $40/nt is $40/nt. What's funny about this is that the Millennium Broadway is where I had my cancellable back up booked in the first place! :)
