nishnish Posted August 16, 2007 Report Share Posted August 16, 2007 I really really want one of the Midtown South hotels (Park ave or Morgans).Zone - MTS, 4*Bid started at $110RejectedAdded Upper East (Free Zone)Bid $115RejectedAdded Upper West (free zone)Bid $120Rejected.Opened up a new browser.Did all of the above but started bit at 125.Rejectedadded MTWBid 132 RejectedI avoided adding MTE because I do not want the grand hyatt.this is for 8/25. I'm guessing the prices are higher because it is probably orientation week for college kids,. a lot of parents in town.Please help! Link to comment
thereuare Posted August 16, 2007 Report Share Posted August 16, 2007 The MTS zone is one of the most expensive (if not the most expensive) in NYC at the 4* level... it would be rare to see a $130 bid accepted in this zone.What are the prices of each of the above hotels thru conventional means? How much high would you be willing to bid for a 4* hotel in this area?
