Priceline Hotel: 4* San Diego (Downtown-Harbor Island) Hotel Solamar

I started with $60 and begun rebidding by adding areas with no 4* hotels. Each time I increased bet by $10.

I believe hotwire had the Westin (my guess based on the Hotwire forum) for $145 for the same dates. Since I didn't want to spend that much, I went with priceline. However, it seems that downtown parking is expensive - $30 for valet! Does anyone have any alternatives for Hotel Solamar? I would appreciate it.
