We flew redeye from Anchorage and arrived in Sharonville at 10am completely exhausted with the intention of begging for an early check in. They informed us "we have you scheduled to check out at noon!" Priceline goofed the booking and had us in there for June 17, 2007! We didn't even need to pull out our paper confirmation, though. They not only corrected the evening, but let us check in at 10am!!! We were so greatful and slept 20 of the next 24 hours... Best customer service ever here (which was appreciated after our horrible Anchorage Extended Stay experience the week prior). The room was nice (a standard extended stay room). We highly recommend the Indian restaurant in the shopping plaza by the hotel (I think it's called Taj Mahal). And, if you're not familiar with Cincinnati, you MUST visit Jungle Jim's Grocery Store a few miles up the road north on Rt. 4 (you will not miss it). Link to comment
