We got 10 nights at the Holiday Inn Kensington Forum for $145/night. Total with fees of $1731.94 which averages $173/night for our 10 nights.

We maybe could have gotten it for less by waiting a bit longer or by breaking up our stay but we had some other stuff going on and were ready to stop worrying about a hotel.

Over the last 2 days we had bid our way up from $100. Got a counter for $156 but kept working up. FWIW, this hotel seems to have been on Hotwire for $156 as well so we saved just a small bit. Our previous bids before the win at $145 were $120, $130, and $140 and included other areas.

My friend is a Holiday Inn "club" member so will call and attach her number to the reservation. Maybe it will get us a slightly better room. Maybe not. At this point, as long as we have a twin room that is clean I'm happy.
