Priceline Hotel: 3* Omaha (Central-Northwest) Marriott

Started with a $40 bid with just Central-Northwest checked, and I got the typical "add 12 dollars to your bid" response. I clicked the change reservations link and went to $45 and added the downtown region and it was accepted.

This is the Marriot Omaha on 10220 Regency Circle. Called hotel with reservation number to request a non-smoking room. I was told all Marriot hotels are all 100% non-smoking. This was good news to me, not so good for you smokers among us. Switched to a 1-King bed instead of the 2-double beds that were booked by default.
