I need a hotel in downtown San Diego for the 9th of December. Could you please teil me if this area is tradionally busy at that time of year and if it is too early to start bidding now.

Sorry for not updating--we decided to go to Florida/cruise instead--trying to get a hotel for Ft. Lauderdale on January 18.
