Did a search and came up with these for August 15-17:

4* hotel in downtown TO West

I did some research and am thinking this could be the Sutton or the Sheraton, however it doesn't have spa services listed.

Also for the same dates:

2* North York

complimentary breakfast, laundry facilities

$49

2.5* in North York

airport shuttle, pool, restaurant(s)

$83

can't figure these ones out.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The 4* in the Downtown West zone is a match for the Hilton, Inter-Continental, and the Renaissance, so either of these three woudl be our best guess (if i had to choose, i'd think the Hilton is the most likely, followed by the IC and then the Renaissance).

As far as North York... are you seriously considering these 2* and 2.5* properties? We usually don't see those asking abotu 4* hotels also considering 2* properties. As well, there is a 3* hotel on HOTWIRE in the North York zone for $59/nite, which would seem like a better value than either of the above if you're considering this zone.

Well I'm considering them only b/c we are planning on spending one night in downtown TO, then heading up to Canada's Wonderland, and spending a night up there. I know there's a Courtyard by marriott up there (which might be a 2.5*) which we would be totally happy with, a Holiday Inn Express also. I think there's also a Hilton Garden Inn. The discrepancy is b/c there's not too many hotels up in North York, and definitely no 4*, otherwise we would stay in one of those.
