Priceline Hotel: 4* San Francisco (USE) Westin St Francis

Used the strategies mentioned here. 4* USW at $75 then added USE at $80. Used rebid at $85, 90 and 96. When I was rejected at $85, I was offered a 4* for $22 ($107) denied it. And finally accepted $96 The Westin St. Francis.

Now please help out with the parking. Is it included in the hotel or do they charge.

How come he was not offered Hilton Financial District or Omni for 85 or 90 that other people have reported for same or cheaper?!

... because those hotels may have not have offered availability to the opaque suppliers, or only loaded rooms at a higher rate, for these particular dates.
