Priceline Hotel: 3* Burlington-Stowe (Burlington) Sheraton Burlington

Looking to go to burlington from 8/22-8/25, would prefer the wydahm (due to its location) but the area map seems so large. Any suggestions. I just want to be in walking distance to many of the downtown attractions. Im willing to spend ~$90 a night. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

Which zone would you be bidding, Burlington-Williston? Could you accept a hotel anywhere within the shaded boundary of the zone?

What is your minimum star rating?

I would be bidding in the burlington-Willston zone.

I would prefer a hotel closer to downtown.

The point is that you can't choose your specific hotel, and can only designate the area to bid as predefined by priceline... are you willing to accept a hotel anywhere with the shaded area?

If so we will suggest a strategy to follow. If not, Priceline may not be the best option for this stay... although before giving up i'd suggest looking at HOTWIRE where maybe you can identify the property and at least have an educated guess of the hotel will be close enough to Downtown for your needs.

At this point, I am not willing to accept any location in the shaded area. I looked on hotwire and saw a 2.5 star hotel for 79 dollars. Amenities were the following:

complementary breakfast

pool

high speed internet access

There also was a 2 star $89

compimentary breakfast

pool

Neither of the hotels have yet been identified.

A guess would be that the 2.5* is the Comfort Inn and Suites South, but that's just a guess and i don't have a high degree of confidence in it. Really don't have a guess on the 2* but wouldn't expect much more than a Days Inn, Red Roof Inn, etc.
