Hotwire Hotel: 4* Los Angeles (Downtown) Omni

I got the Omni (Downtown LA) for $102, 8/4-8/5.

Amenities: Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Business, AND High-Speed Internet Access

This confused me for a minute, because the hotel list here does not show High-Speed Internet as an amenity for the Omni - then I noticed the TripAdvisor Rating - 4.5 stars based on "over 120 reviews". I went to TripAdvisor and found that the Omni is the only hotel in Downtown LA with a 4.5 star rating (this is easy to check by clicking on the Popularity Index in the upper right corner), based on 148 reviews, so I figured this had to be the right hotel. I crossed my fingers and I got the Omni at checkout!

I am pretty excited considering the lowest advertised price is $169, and AAA rate was $152. The $169 rate is more like $200 with taxes and fees, but you can subtract about $30 because it included valet parking. So, taking parking out of the equation, let's say the best total price advertised is about $170. I paid $120 with taxes and fees. I saved $50 if I buy the parking. I
