Hotwire Hotel: 3* Oakville Country Inn and Suites Oakville

Hi,

Has anyone been able to identify the Oakville, Ontario Hotels.

There are 2 coming up, a 2.5 star and 3 star.

I'm new to this, would appreciate any help or tips.

These properties have not yet been identified. If i were to take a guess, i'd think the 3* may be the Country Inn and Suites while the 2.5* may be the Park Plaza... but the Country Inn could also easily be a 2.5* property and the Park Plaza a 3* property, although using some not so reliable indicators i think the former is the better guess. Other possible properties (for either) are the Fairfield Inn, Homewood Suites, and Country Inn.

Since this is such an extended stay, you could also split the stay into two purchases... see if the same hotel(s) appear for the first (or first two) nites of your stay and then again for the balance of your stay (you could also do the same but using the last nite/two nites). If the same hotel(s) appear each time, you could then purhcase the first nite (or two) in order to "look behind the curtain"... of you're happy with the results then purchase the balance of your stay; if not, make alternat plans (the other hotel offered :)?) for the balance of your stay.

Purchased one night through hotwire for 3* Oakville, got Country Inn and Suites. Not too thrilled, was hoping for Homewood Suites. Oh well, I need 14 nights in total, so will try priceline for the rest of my stay.
