This property has not yet been identified... if i were to take a guess i think the La Quinta and/or the Quality Inn are both possibilities, and either of those would be our best guess. The Days Inn was a possibility as well, but i found some things which excluded that from the running.

Also note there is a 3* in this same zone for just $8 more than the above (best guess on that one is the Holiday Inn Oceanfront)
