Second Hit 70 add zone North York no 4 star hotel but still rejected

Third hit 75 accepted

last summer I booked 4 nights there at 150 CAD per night via Expedia.ca, I should have booked through priceline. so regretful :)

Now I am going to try to book 2 nights at Ottawa. Wish me good luck.
