Priceline Hotel: Fort Collins Hotel Aug. 2-5

Please provide a Priceline bidding strategy for Fort Collins, Colorado, August 2-5. I will accept any star level, including 1*.

Hotels in Fort Collins seem to be starting at ~$53 full price, so I would like to start my bidding at $30.

I am not willing to stay in Greeley or Loveland.

Just want the cheapest, don't care about rating.

Econo Lodge is $54 and Sleep Inn is $72 on choicehotels.com.

I'd select 1* and start at $28... repeating every 24 hours and adding $3-$5 to the previous bid (depending upon how tight your budget si and you'd feel about paying $2 more than you could have otherwise).

You should top out at ~$48-$49 or so since after priceline's fee it will put you over the $54 Econo Lodge.
