thereuare Posted July 24, 2007 Report Posted July 24, 2007 Welcome to BetterBidding!Thank you for sharing your results with the board. Do you recall the amount of your previously rejected bid which included the Kensington zone? (and was it done on the same day you won this property)Thanks, enjoy your stay. texasnightowl Posted July 24, 2007 Author Report Posted July 24, 2007 Previous bids were yesterday and last week. The $115 was my first bid today which included Kensington (did a Bloomsbury bid first at $105). Previous bids that included Kensington were up to $117 I believe. It is possible though that I'm confusing this bid history with my bids for Sept. 22 to Oct. 2. But for sure I had previously bid up to $110 for these dates.I'm considering waiting a bit closer before getting agressive about the 10 day stay.
