mom of 4 Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 I need just one night at a hotel before our cruise. Its only about 20 hrs we will be there so dont want to spend a ton. I found 2.5*, Hollywood Beach with the following amenities:Beachfront, Airport Shuttle, Complimentary Breakfast, Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, LaundryNow, I know there was a Ramada (I think) as a 2.5* on Priceline.. guess I should try and find beachfront on Hollywood beach if I could and compare and see if any match Hotwire... mom of 4 Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 Sorry, one night, August 26thAlso, I got a $75 a night rate for a 3* Ft Lauderdale beach, with near beach, fitness, pool, restaurant, business, high speed internet... that I would assume is the Sheraton Yankee Trader?
thereuare Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 The 2.5* in Hollywood Beach is a match for the Ramada Inn Hollywood Beach so that would be our best guess for that property while the Yankee Trader would be our best guess for the 3* property in the Ft Lauderdale Beach zone. Please use this HOTWIRE link to begin any purchases you make.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. mom of 4 Posted July 19, 2007 Author Report Posted July 19, 2007 Thank you, since it has free airport shuttle, I am thinking of going with the Hollywood beach then take the shuttle back to the airport and catch a cab to the port or maybe I can ask nicely and get them to bring me to the port instead :)Do you know anything about this hotel? Its coming up for $53, best rate I could get was $69 with AAA.If I book this, I will use your link, thanksScratch that, the Ramadas there didnt come highly recommended... looking at 4*, Los Olas, Downtown, is the only 4* the renaissance? Its coming up for $79, lowest available rate I found was $148.80!
