skaven Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 Used bidding tips found here for Priceline for 1 room July 31st through August 5th. Started at $90, then $95, $100, finally $105 was accepted. Could anyone who has got a room at the Luxor through Priceline tell me what kind of room they stayed in? I have never used Priceline before and have read that the rooms tend to be the less desirable rooms in a hotel. Not that it matters much, I guess; it's Vegas -- I'll be lucky if I remember the room.

skaven Posted July 20, 2007 Author Report Posted July 20, 2007 No ... I wasn't looking for any type of room in particular. Just curious, really. Like I said, this is the first time I've used Priceline and was wondering what type of rooms others had gotten at the Luxor: was it a standard room, in the pyramid, in the tower, in a closet under the parking garage. That sort of thing.
