dealzguy Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 Hi,Need help in Bidding 7 rooms 2-3 * hotel near Buffalo Airport starting August 24 for 2 nights. When do I start bidding in priceline? How Much Do i bid.I see lots of discussions for $30- $40 for Millinium Hotel....Any Help is greatly appreciated. Thanks
thereuare Posted July 18, 2007 Report Posted July 18, 2007 Welcome to BetterBidding! The maximum number of rooms that you can bid for at once is four. You can make two separate bids... one for 4 rooms and one for 3 rooms... but you could be successful for one set of rooms and then not for the other, and if successful for both, they may not be at the same hotel. Is this an acceptable risk you're willing to take? dealzguy Posted July 18, 2007 Author Report Posted July 18, 2007 yes I am willing to take this risk...

dealzguy Posted July 19, 2007 Author Report Posted July 19, 2007 What is your maximum bid... we'll then be able to suggest a strategy for you to follow.I can go upto $50 per day per room...Thanks
thereuare Posted July 19, 2007 Report Posted July 19, 2007 The Millennium hotel is soldout for the first nite of yoru stay, so the chances of landing this property at a great deal are greatly reduced. Before suggesting a strategy, is there any other zone(s) you're also willing/able to stay? Is SPLITTING YOUR PRICELINE BID an option?
