nilkaya Posted March 26, 2004 Report Posted March 26, 2004 I did lots of tricks to get this rate. I first bid for $39, rejected. Logged in my husband's account and bid for $40, rejected with a counter-offer of $12. Added Sterling as it does not have any 3* hotels and increased the bid to $41 rejected again. Logged into my account and added Sterling bid for $44- rejected. Started a new bid for Dulles and 2.5 * for $30 rejected. Added Sterling increased the bid to $35 rejected. Started a new bid for the Fairfax area for 4* and bidded $45 rejected. Added 3* for the Fairfax area-rejected. Added Dulles and bid $45 rejected. Finally added Sterling again and got Marriott Washington Dulles for $46 for tonight. Bid $46Taxes & Fees $10.36Total $56.36 :)
