Been trying for at least three days bidding as high as $61 and finally decided to bid a little higher and just get something booked...

First bid - Disneyland area at $51 - Declined

Second bid - Disneyland area & Anaheim Hills at $58 - Declined

Third bid - Disneyland, Anaheim Hills & Laguna Hills at $62 - Declined

Fourth bid - Disneyland, Anaheim Hills, Laguna Hills & Seal Beach at $65 - ACCEPTED!

We've 'won' this hotel before & liked it... Just finished a 'win' at the Hyatt in Garden Grove @ $51, so we didn't do quite as well, but for some reason even Hotwire seems just a bit more expensive during this time... Maybe I'm bidding a bit early??

Glad to hear you got this stay settled. Rates are date specific, and a bit higher than usual at this property for these dates, so i would suspect that explains the slightly higher than usual bid.

Rates are dates specific and your dates are different than the dates of the OP of this thread (and thus they have had success at amounts lower than you have already bid). Yes, their dates are close to your dates, but that doesn't matter as rates can vary greatly from one day to the next.
