Was trying for the courtyard in byward market.

Day 1 - Tried 2.5 * @ $52...offered counterbid $67

Day 2 - Tried 2.5 * @ $55...offered counterbid $70

Day 3 - Tried 2.5 * @ $57...accepted - upgraded to a 3*.
