The cheapest Orbitz, etc price (total) is $915. Is there a good percentage of that price that I should start with when bidding on priceline? Any other advice? Thanks!

osugolf25 Posted July 11, 2007 Author Report Posted July 11, 2007 Now showing $833+$90 taxes and fees. I am completely flexible on the day so the times/layover don't matter to me-heck the loss of FF Miles worries me more. But...I am def interested in saving $200+...likely?
thereuare Posted July 11, 2007 Report Posted July 11, 2007 Have you seen (and understand) this Priceline Airfare Bidding thread regarding how to get multiple bidding opportunities?If so, i would use the 'city technique', starting at about $450 and go up by $25 each bid until you get up to $625 (at these higher bids make sure that you're still seeing at least $200 savings)Any questions feel free to ask.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help.
