Can anyone help ID either of the following in Vernon Hills, IL?

Dates: Sunday, August 5-Wednesday, August 8, 2007

Place: Vernon Hills, Illinois

3* hotel in Vernon Hills ($103):

2 1/2* hotel in Vernon Hills ($109):

Complimentary breakfast, fitness center, pool, business center, laundry, internet, kitchenette

The 2.5* property is a match for the Staybridge Suites so that would be our best guess for that property. The 3* is not a match for anything known, but it is extremely close to the 2.5* Hawthorn Suites with the only difference (besides star rating) is your listing above includes a Hi-Speed Internet icon. Given that this prperty hasn't been reported in over 2 years, i'm speculating that this property now shows a hi-speed Intnernet icon and has been upgraded to 3 stars since last reported... that would be our best guess. There is also an AmeriSuites in the area and i'll i'd add that to the possibilities as well.

Thank you for your help! When I called Hawthorn Suites-Vernon Hills (the Hotwire hotel I was hoping to book) directly to verify their amenties, they surprised me by giving me a room rate that was almost identical to the Hotwire rate. (I did not mention Hotwire during the phone call.) Because the hotel's cancellation policy is quite a bit more flexible than Hotwire's, I decided to book my stay directly through the hotel this time.
