Priceline Hotel: 4* Niantic-Norwich-Mystic (Groton) Marriott Mystic

I actually won this one on Thursday 7/5 but am just getting around to posting it.

I had a standard reservation for 4 rooms at a 1 star hotel for $100 / night but decided to try to upgrade.

I started on 7/2 at a lowball $50 for 4* in the Groton, CT area then jumped to $75 then worked up in increments of $5. Since there's a few zones in this general area, I kept adding zones to allow for multiple bids per day.

I finally got a win at $125/room/night at the Mystic Marriott Inn and Spa in Groton. We've stayed here before and really enjoyed it. I've seen people post this hotel for cheaper bids but we got it at less than half the list price on the Marriott site so I'm very happy.
