Hotwire Hotel: Looking for rooms in Lake Tahoe- 7/4- 7/6

Any help would be great- Hotwire has a 2 * Hotel with amenities, Near Beach & Complimentary Breakfast

Also a 4* Hotel with amenities -Resort, Slopeside, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, Golf Nearby, Tennis Nearby and Spa Services.

From the Hotel list this looks like the The Village at Squaw Valley-

And there is also a 4* condo with amenities:

Slopeside, Studio Condominium, Free Parking, Daily Housekeeping, Fitness Center, Pool(s), 24-hour Front Desk, Laundry Facilities, High-speed Internet Access, Golf & Tennis Nearby& Kitchenette

The Hotel list has Northstar as a 3* with the same amenities

Any help would be great, I'll report back and use the Hotwire (or priceline) links...

Which Lake Tahoe zone are the above in? What are the prices of the above... it's not usual that somebody looking to stay at a 4* property is also considering a 2* property.

The Prices Are:

2* $114

4* condo $150

4* Hotel $208

3* Hotel $141

These are all in the North Lake Tahoe area-

The 2* Is of interest as it has the "near beach" amenity listed.

The 4* is a match for the Resort at Squaw Creek. The Northstar is still rated 3*, although some properties in this area have two tiers of rooms... so it's possible that the Northstar is also listing a more expensive room class at the 4* level... although it may be a moot point since this property is no longer offered for these dates thru HOTWIRE.

The 2* has not yet been identified (the Parkside Inn offers a complimentary breakfast and is a half a mile from the beach, but really just a guess)
