TripleQ Posted March 22, 2004 Report Posted March 22, 2004 Does anyone have any experience with Niagara Falls hotels through Priceline? I'm looking for some rooms around July 24th, but it's the peak tourist season so I'm not holding my breath. I'm just wondering if there's any chance of getting low end motel type places or do only major hotel chains go through Priceline?

TripleQ Posted March 23, 2004 Author Report Posted March 23, 2004 Well, I'm getting married in Niagara in July, and I wanted to get some cheaper rooms for some people coming from afar on a budget. Wedding rates at places like Comfort Inn are $160, Renaissance and Embassy Suites are over $300/night. Darn tourists. I think I'll wait until a little bit closer and try my luck. I'll keep an eye on this board to see which other Niagara hotels pop up.. thanks!
bturner13 Posted March 23, 2004 Report Posted March 23, 2004 TripleQ, do you prefer to be on the USA side? Just give us some ideas and details and perhaps we can help. I find Maps on Yahoo.com (hotels under Travel/Transportation) to be quite helpful in finding out what hotels are in the area I'm looking to stay in. Good luck and keep us posted. :)
