Was actually trying for the Hyatt Jersey City on the Hudson, but after several days of using my only free rebid zone (Elizabeth), I got restless with the trip dates looming near.

My original bid was for $60, as the median price I saw for the hotel for similar dates was around that price. I bid up to $80 over several days. The next time, I bid $90 with no accept, and finally the $100 bid was accepted.
