They said they would investigate and if they confirm it would offer me back double the difference within 7-10 days.
thereuare Posted June 19, 2007 Report Posted June 19, 2007 Thank you for sharing your results with the board and helping as add this property to the Hotwire Hotel List.I would suggest taking a screenshot or printout of your computer screen with the rate of the Extended Stay direct from their website. HOTWIRE is usually very good about honoring these claims, but if you have any problem and they don't get back to you until after your stay, you'll have no way to show them the previous rate (since your stay will have already passed)Enjoy your stay.
