The 4* is a match for the Sutton Place while the 3* is a match for the Tremont, so that would be our best guess for each.

Just to add another option to the mix, if you're willing to stay in the Loop area, the Hilton Towers can be booked for $143/nite.

I booked it through the HOTWIRE link on this site. The result for the 4* was the Raffaello Hotel. It looks beautiful. We decided to book July 29th and the 30th. It was $139/ night for a total of $324. Thanks for helping me out.

The Raffaello is a recently renovated condo/hotel (it was previously a more basic hotel called the Raffael) located directly behind the Water Tower Mall/Hancock Observatory. It's certainly well-located.
