Hotwire Hotel: Help Identify 4* Washington DC (White House - Capitol Hill)

I am looking to stay in the Capitol Hill, DC area and I am trying to figure out a hotel. The hotel doesn't seem to match up directly with the Hotwire list. I thought it was either the "Grand Hyatt" or the "Willard". The amenities are:

Fitness

Restaurant

High-Speed Internet Access

it is a 4* for $103/night

Doing a HOTWIRE search for your dates i see a hotel offered with the above amenities, but also the addition of a Boutique iccon... is the Boutique icon showing on your HOTWIRE search as well?

Nope... No boutique amenities when I did the search...

This property has not yet been identified. If i were to take a guess, i'd think the Capital Hilton might be a good possibility, but as this property has not yet been reported, i'm not that confident in that guess.

Hey, I really need to get an inexpensive room at the JW Marriot for 7/5 to 7/8. Is there any bidding strategy on PriceLine that might allow this to happen? Thanks in advance.
