Priceline Hotel: Bidding assistance 4* downtown Pittsburgh 6/16

Looking for bidding assistance for a 3 or 4 star in downtown Pittsburgh on 6/16. I bid up to $75 on all 8 zones for a 4 star and was turned down. I also bid up to $70 for a 3* star downtown with I think 2 rebid zones with no luck. My alternate date would be 6/23 or a last bet of 6/30, but I need downtown if at all possible. Any ideas would be helpful. THanks
