I'm guessing it is likely the Paramount. That hotel does have smaller rooms (although how much time does one spend in their room in NYC?), but the location is great and the Hotwire price is good.

While the Paramount is the most frequently won hotel in this zone with these amenities, do note that the Crowne Plaza also has this same amenity combination and star rating, so that would be another possibility.
