Hotwire Hotel: 4* Nashville hotel Loews advice needed

I am traveling with my wife and son to Nashville to look at schools and can get the Loews on Hotwire for $129 for the night I need. However, I only get it for 2 adults. If I add a child, it is not showing. When I call them directly, they say they can add a rollaway to any standard room, no problem, no cost. Do I take the room and talk it out later, or can they turn the 3 of us away? Or do I call the manager and just ask straight out? Thanks for your advice.

In a situation such as this, if i was confident that the hotel was the Loews, i would be comfortable using HOTWIRE... but ultimately there is a small degree of risk involved so that is a decision you'll have to make for yourself.

It is June 25th and the amenities match including golf spa and tennis which I assume is unusual downtown. Also the rate given for car plus hotel is about right. I just worry about the technicalities of showing up with 3 people on a reservation for 2 adults. Of course, with such a low rate, I could possibly spring for 2 rooms, but that somewhat defeats the purpose. Thanks for your help.

I would be ok with it... after your reservation is confirmed you can call the hotel and ask for a room with 2 beds (or request a rollaway bed). If there are any problems at least then you'll be prepared and be able to take some action beforehand (ask for manager and comment that you spoke before your purchase, get HOTWIRE involved, etc)... although i woudln't expect any problems based upon the information you've provided above.
