IMHO the 4* designation gets applied liberally by Hotwire in Reno. Hotelhunter Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 I'm not sure that Peppermill has Shuttle in the Hotel amenities as seen in the post above. I just checked again on hotwire and Peppermill comes up as without Shuttle. That was one way of diffrentiation Peppermill from Atlantis. Looks like that there is no way to do that now.
thereuare Posted March 18, 2004 Report Posted March 18, 2004 The Vacation Packages don't always match the Hotel Product and this many be one of those instances.The Peppermill indeed offers shuttle service so it's quite possible they are doing this in an attempt to mask each hotel's identity. The hotel currently coming up for these dates (w/ Shuttle) which i presume to be the Peppermill is listed as a Customer Favorite.Chasman was this hotel listed as a Customer Favorite when you purchased it? If so, were the comments about staying there over a holiday weekend at a great price and praise about the staff and cleanliness of the room?
