OSUBUCKEYES Posted June 10, 2007 Report Posted June 10, 2007 I dont recall the exact bidding strategy used but I began around $125 adding $10 with each rebid zone. I was rejected at $165 and had the bid accepted at $169. I received a second chance offer to purchase the room at $185 so I am certainly happy with the Venetian at $169. I generally do not use priceline for Vegas and I was wondering if anyone here had experience using the front desk tip trick at the Venetian. According to many FT posts is has been successful as are reports from www.frontdesktip.com. Thanks
thereuare Posted June 10, 2007 Report Posted June 10, 2007 Generally the "front desk tip" works pretty good in Vegas (and probably originated there).Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
