I ended up in a nice 1-bedroom with a king bed. I don't know whether the sofa turned into a bed (I didn't check).

The apartment was very pleasant, and the kitchen was very well equipped (full-size everything).

Note: there was a TV in the living room with a DVD player and a home theater system, and a second TV in the bedroom.
