landn Posted June 8, 2007 Report Posted June 8, 2007 First bid of $45 was accepted. Should have bid less, darn it! Hotel website says it's "renovating", ready by summer 07', thus the acceptance of a low-ball offer. I'm gambling that there's no Sunday morning construction noise...
