Waiting for better options :) But before going to Orlando we will be staying in SFO, and that's the reason for my question. Thanks!
thereuare Posted June 6, 2007 Report Posted June 6, 2007 Do you still see this property on a current HOTWIRE search... if so, are you searching for more than the default 2adults or for more than one room? What is the price? If you're looking to be a 'tourist' in San Francisco, I don't think most consider the airport an ideal location. pyca Posted June 9, 2007 Author Report Posted June 9, 2007 Yeah, you're right, but on the other hand in the citycenter itself parking isn't really cheap :) That's why we're thinking to stay near the airport (we'll be leaving from there the 7th) and travel to the citycentre by public transport.
thereuare Posted June 9, 2007 Report Posted June 9, 2007 If it's only parking that deters you and not the difference in hotel cost, you can always park at the airport (in the long term/economy lot) and then take mass transit to a hotel in the city center. If traveling with luggage, drive to the hotel, drop off your bags/luggage, then just have one person return to park the car at the airport (the other person gets to check-in and then relax :) ).
