Priceline Hotel: 4* San Diego (Downtown) Marriott Hotel and Marina

Hi everybody,

I started with $95 (Downtown San Diego & Harbor Island) for 4*

Then I decided to add Coronado area as my 2d choice raising bid to $100

and after it didn't work I had to add all zones which didn't have 4* hotels to continue bidding

$5 incensement

At $125 I started to get upset and decided to make $130 my last bid for today and it worked!

Downtown San Diego & Harbor Island

I'm VERY happy with this hotel - many positive reviews and photos look awesome! It will be my 1st time in San Diego and I hope it will be memorable.

BTW how come San Diego is among "others" and doesn't have its own link? I thought it's a pretty big city with a high demand for hotels...

I stayed at this hotel 2 years ago. It is very nice and you should enjoy your stay over there.

I also agree that San Diego should have its own link.

You can easily create your own 'San Diego' forum by using the Search Function

1) In the text box enter: '+san +diego' (without the quotes, but with the plus signs)

2) Under that select the Priceline California - Other Cities (you can also select the Hotwire forum, or both both holding down the CTRL key on your keyboard which will highlight them both)

3) Lower right select "search topic titles only"

Presto... your very own San Diego forum :) (which at your choosing can be just Priceline, just Hotwire, or both)

There are a few issues with creating more folders/categories, the biggest one being system resources (every forum is an extra step for the server, which takes place on every page load) and we want to ensure that we have the capacity to continue the rapid growth we've seen in addition to adding board features. More cities will be broken down in the not too distant future, but there are a few additional features coming down the road and we need to make sure they system can handle everything we throw at it, so we proceed cautiously and add new folders very slowly. ('Other Countries' will likely be the next category to see additional folders added)
